Like many of today’s drum & bass crews, Alex and Jay go way back. "I was right into hip-hop and breaking back in the day"’ says Alex, "While Jay was into his rare groove, funk and soul. I had some little bits of equipment right back in about 1988.With 4 worldwide selling albums under their belts Alex and Jay continue to DJ across the UK and Europe. June 2009 saw the release of the single ‘Here I Am’ on Mastermind Records. This track has had major radio play in the UK throughout the summer.
They have also created a mix called R15, available through Drum & Bass Arena podcast,
to celebrate 15 years of making tunes as EZ Rollers .
Currently the Rollers are working on a new album for 2011 with Tali, Darrison and Sian from Kosheen
