The 2012 Student Remix Project - Steve Lawler - Violet (Viva Music)


Want to work in the music industry?  Well this is your chance to get a foot in the door!

You could become an official remixer of Steve Lawler by simply entering your remix.

Download the stems and produce your remix in any style you want, upload it to Soundclound where Steve will be listening and making his choice.

It's that simple!


How to enter:

Upload your Remix to SoundCloud

The subject line of your email must contain the following: 

Viva Remix Project – Your Name / Track Name / Cohort and College Centre (e.g. Sarah Smith/HeviMixy/DM2 ATM Bristol)


Terms and Conditions:

Your Soundcloud must be set to listen only. The track must NOT be downloadable.
Your remix must NOT appear on any other digital or media format (CD, Myspace, YouTube etc)
Your remix must NOT be distributed to anyone other than Back2You Education.
The stems must NOT be distributed to anyone.
The stems remain the property of Steve Lawler / Viva
Any remix you produce becomes the immediate property of Steve Lawler / Viva - regardless of whether it is uploaded to Soundcloud or not.
Steve Lawler will chose the wining remix. His decision is final

Closing date is 1st March 2012.

The project is open to Access To Music students only.
Anyone found to be in breach of these terms will have legal action taken against them and be sued for for copyright & music pirating infringement. Thus ending your career before it starts.
