This year's Music Live will once again witness an oasis of sunshine with the unique Get Experienced Festival Tent brought to you by Atom Live in conjunction with Access to Music.

Appearing at the NEC in Birmingham from 6-8 November 2009, the Get Experienced Festival Tent will host great live performances, intimate chat show features and interactive music making in a festival environment complete with 'grass' and hay bales. New for this year will be the Atom Live Rockhopper mobile studio will be on the Get Experience Festival Site with live music, Pro Tools workshops, demonstrations and recording sessions. Free hearing tests and hearing protection advice will be on offer from Advanced Communication Solutions (ACS) plus a whole lot more content from Atom friends including: - The PRS For Music, RNID's Don't Lose The Music campaign, Friends To The Stars, Circuit Live and British Underground, British Association for Performing Arts Medicine and Attitude Is Everything.

Friday: Performance slots available on the Atom Live Stage in the main exhibition for student acts. 14 Buskers' Corner slots on stage at the main entrance to Music Live. Check the Apply To Play page on this website for more details. We have 9 free one song recording sessions for Access to Music Students up for grabs in the Rockhopper Studio. Plus one lucky busker from Atom Lives's Buskers' Corner with get a chance to record a track later in the day. Interview with Suzanna Bull from Attitude is Everything.
Friends To The Stars presents: -  Paul Ward - MD and owner of Stagecraft  - the biggest crewing service company in the Midlands with over 20 years experience. John Mostyn , John is a  prominent music industry figure in the West Midlands, most notable for managing The Beat and later, Fine Young Cannibals. Andy Corrigan - Re-Production - a tour and event production and hire company based in Suffolk.  Andy has many years of experience on the road first as singer in seminal punk band The Mekons and later as a  tour manager and sound engineer for bands such as The Human League, Gang of Four and Spiritualized.  John Armitage aka 'Deptford' - renowned rock & pop roadie and guitar tech extraordinaire.  John "Depftford' to his mates has just finished touring with Kylie and in the middle of rehearsals with Take That.

Saturday:  ProTools HD recording demos and workshop with bands playing on the Atom Stage in the Get Experienced Tent.

Sunday: Is tribute day at Music Live. Live bands on in the Get Experienced Tent all day including tributes to Cher, Rod Stewart, Blondie, Luther Vandross.  As part of the Rockhopper UK Talent Tour, stopping at Music Live with Atom Live, you could get the chance to record your greatest karaoke hit.
